OTP harnesses the richness of the web to create engaging content for learners, comprising articles, podcasts, blogs, discussion forums, movie recommendations, and much more.  Links to such content pages are housed in the OTP Wiki™ .

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR LEADERSHIP AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Our new process is demonstrated through our comprehensive courses for leadership and team development. The content may be used by an individual to bridge skills gaps or collectively by a team. Suggestion for team collaboration: Set aside one team meeting every two weeks for team performance improvement. Have each team member read an article or other resource in the wiki, and share practical tips from the content with the team.

PRINTED GUIDEBOOKS: In addition to the web-based content, we provide printed guidebooks that help learners work offline on this content, or use the printed material to record notable points. Each development course in the WIKI has the following components:

- Embedded online courses (included in the cost of the subscription)

- Approximately one hundred web links per competency to top subject-matter sites

- Links to discussions by thought leaders

- Inspirational quotes and a Glossary

- Pre- and Post-Assessments

- Podcasts, blogs and discussion forums on the competency from third parties.

- Book reviews and recommendations

Each guidebook is approximately 50 pages long, and covers up to 20 hours of web-based instructional material on a competency. Most learners will use only a fraction of the material in the guide to gain full proficiency in the target skill for their jobs. The guidebooks enable learners to plan ahead their online sessions and to highlight and record their impressions of the content.
