Learning and Development, the engine behind innovation and superior performance, is frequently cited as the only sustainable advantage that companies possess. From this standpoint, integration of performance and learning is vitally important. A good Performance Management system will enable an organization to take its strategic and business objectives, and map them to individual goals.

Blended Learning

In enterprise development today, the term “Blended Learning” denotes the use of classroom instruction and eLearning. Some learners have a strong preference for learning from a presenter and classroom interaction, while others are adapt at self-paced computer-based instruction. The latter have adopted e-Learning well, though the percent of such users out of the total employee pool remains small. Thus, organizations have resorted to offering employees both options, particularly in the field of compliance training.

Intensive Programs

 

Each Intensive Program (IP) is a categorized grouping of Workshops, Clinics, and Articles combined into an effective, topic-specific curriculum for organizations and individuals. Customized IPs can be set up to meet the foundational, intermediate, and advanced needs of employees. Our staff can assist a Client in developing IPs that precisely meet the organization’s requirements. An IP can include anywhere from 4 hours to 20 hours of self-paced instruction.

 
 
     
 

60-Minute Workshops

 
 

These modules deal with significant chunks of material in a modular format. Usually adapted from a book or seminar, the Workshop is intended to give a broader perspective on a topic, touching on several important facets of a discipline. They are the most interactive of our offerings, including a variety of quizzes, exercises, and assessments to provide instant feedback. The student can choose to work through the entire Workshop for an overview of the topic, or concentrate on only those modules that have immediate relevance.

 
     

20-Minute Clinics

 

These short, tightly focused learning sessions are designed to teach a specific skill quickly. You can acquire an essential skill when time is short and you need to handle a situation immediately. Clinics are particularly useful when there's no time for lengthy training — for instance, when a sales meeting, negotiation, business dinner, or presentation is on the calendar and you need to know what to do right now.
