Insight 1: COMPETENCY AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE PORTAL (WIKI)
OTP deploys powerful Internet crawling technology and a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to source the latest articles, podcasts, books, videos, PDFs, PowerPoints, Inspirational Quotes, Glossary, blogs, discussion forums, Conference Abstracts and other resources for Competency Development.
For each competency we provide approximately 100 top development resources, plus a bibliography of more than 100 references to works of thought leaders. No other e-Learning content developer provides you with the breadth and depth of content on Competencies as does OTP. It means you can compare various points of view to determine which one will best apply to your organization, or you can sample the works of various thought leaders before signing up for a classroom course.

Insight 2: OTP LEARNING OPTIMIZER(tm)
OTP engages with a learner or an organization in a 3-Step process called the OTP Learning Optimizer:
Step 1: Understand the business objective of the training/new process/learning. OTP will suggest supplemental learning materials, tools, surveys and quizzes. Interaction with the learner begins approximately 2 weeks prior to the learning event.
Step 2: Further engage the learner with job specific application tips of the new knowledge. These tips may be provided by the trainer or by OTP, but are delivered through the OTP Optimizer Engine(tm) during or immediately following the training event.
Step 3: For a period of up to 12 weeks the OTP Optimizer will email the learner 4 to 6 tips per week, requiring a response or interaction on our secure website. The learner is also encouraged to share positive experiences of integrating the new knowledge with job functions. Weekly time requirements: under 10 minutes. Such sustained interaction results in high levels of retention of learned material or measurable behavior change where soft skills education is involved.
The OTP Optimizer has shown improvements in the ROI of learning events by up to 3x as measured on assessment tests delivered 12 weeks after the learning event.
